Clearwater Homes For Sale

Hello,
I hope you had a wonderful holiday season. Now that it is over I wanted to let you know that I am here to help you find the perfect place for you and your family. Whether you want to move to Clearwater for the beautiful beaches and warm weather year round (or almost year-round) or if your work brings you here. It is a great place to live. The average temperatures are between 72 and 92 degrees year round.

Clearwater is known for its world-renown beaches. They are nothing short of breathtakingly beautiful! With the snow-white, sandy beach stretching for miles, Clearwater Beach has recently undergone a dramatic renaissance. This includes a billion dollars in private development. There are numerous upscale hotel accommodations, residential condominiums and a Beach Walk. The City of Clearwater has done an entire beautification program to complement the beach’s landscape as well as the downtown. The major bridges and roads through Clearwater and the beaches have been re-done adding to the ease of enjoying our beautiful community.

Whether you are into deep sea fishing, boating, art museums, theatre performances, fine dining, or just relaxing on the beaches or in the comfort of your home, the greater Clearwater area provides it all. Also, remember that we are only 1 ½ hour drive from Disney World! Also, if you like baseball, Clearwater is the spring training home of the Philadelphia Phillies!

We are also surrounded by wonderful towns and communities such as Dunedin. Dunedin is home to Caladesi State Park which is consistently rated as one of the TOP BEACHES IN THE WORLD. Dunedin lies right on the Gulf of Mexico and it is one of the few coastal communities that buildings do not obstruct the water views. It has a quaint and thriving downtown business district full of fine restaurants, antique stores and more. Stroll through the small streets of this adorable village and you will want to return again and again. Dunedin is also the spring training home of the Toronto Blue Jays.

For the bicycle enthusiasts, The Pinellas Trail runs 39 miles through along the West Coast of Pinellas and bisects downtown Dunedin and Clearwater. Bicyclists and roller-skaters are a common sight through these towns. Clearwater and the surrounding cities and towns are also loaded with golf courses. It is a golfers paradise here! There is so much to do and so many places to see. I’m afraid if you are an avid snow skier, I can’t help you but other than that I think we have it all.

There are so many great places available right now both condos or single family homes. There are great deals at every price range. So in addition to finding just the right home for you and your family you can also get a great investment. Now that’s double reason to be happy!

If you would like to move to Clearwater or add a second home for your family’s enjoyment I would love to help you. I grew up in Florida and have lived in the Clearwater area for the past 12 years. I know it well. My purpose is to help couples and families find just the right home that makes them happy. I have many happy Buyers from Canada and the U.S. Give me a call or email me and let me know how I can help you. Sara Goldberg 727-512-8088

Clearwater Homes for Sale

Hi - Clearwater Homes for Sale are experiencing some serious price pressure. Sellers are not quite with it yet. Banks seem to get it.

Many sellers owe more on their Clearwater homes than they can sell them for. That can obviously be discouraging. That usually calls for a short sale.

We have experienced an upsurge in activity since the first of the year. Pretty funny considering it is only the 4th.
